1. Platform Role

PartyNest operates solely as an online event discovery and ticketing platform.

PartyNest:

• lists Events created by Hosts
• enables ticket purchases
• facilitates payments to Hosts

PartyNest does not:

• organize or conduct Events
• own, lease, or control venues
• provide food, beverages, or event services
• supervise Events or attendees
• guarantee safety, legality, or quality of Events

PartyNest reviews all Event listings before publishing.

All Events are independently organized by Hosts. Any agreement to attend an Event is between the Host and the Attendee.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use PartyNest.

For age-restricted Events:

• Attendees must meet the minimum age requirement applicable at the Event location.
• Hosts are solely responsible for enforcing applicable age and regulatory requirements at the Event.

PartyNest may suspend accounts found misrepresenting age.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

To maintain platform safety and regulatory compliance, all users must complete identity verification.

You agree to:

• provide accurate personal information
• submit valid identification if requested
• update details if inaccurate

PartyNest may restrict or suspend accounts pending verification.

KYC data is processed according to the Privacy Policy.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• maintaining account confidentiality
• all activity under your account
• accurate profile information

PartyNest may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• false identity
• fraud or misuse
• policy violations
• safety or legal risks

5. Event Listings & Host Responsibilities

Hosts are independent event organizers.

By listing an Event, Hosts represent that:

• they have authority to use the venue
• the Event complies with applicable laws
• required permits/licenses are obtained
• applicable laws and regulations are followed
• Event details are accurate

Hosts are solely responsible for:

• Event organization and execution
• venue safety and compliance
• regulatory compliance and licensing
• crowd management
• attendee screening
• damages, injuries, or incidents

PartyNest does not verify or guarantee Event legality or safety.

6. Ticket Purchases

When purchasing a ticket:

• you enter an agreement with the Host
• PartyNest acts as payment facilitator
• ticket grants access only to the listed Event

Tickets are non-transferable unless permitted by the Host.

7. Payments & Fees

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

User payments are collected by PartyNest and later settled to Hosts after Event completion, subject to platform policies.

PartyNest may charge platform or service fees. All pricing is displayed before purchase.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All ticket purchases are non-refundable except where:

• the Event is cancelled by the Host
• the Event is materially changed
• exceptional circumstances are approved by PartyNest

If an Event is cancelled, the ticket amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Platform service fees may be non-refundable where permitted by law.

9. Age-Restricted & Regulated Events

Some Events may involve age-restricted activities governed by local regulations.

For such Events:

• applicable age and regulatory requirements apply
• Hosts are responsible for full legal compliance
• Attendees are responsible for lawful behavior

PartyNest:

• does not supply regulated goods or services
• does not control on-ground activities at Events
• is not liable for incidents arising from regulated activities

10. Attendee Conduct

Attendees agree to:

• follow Host rules
• respect venue property
• comply with applicable laws
• behave responsibly

Attendees are responsible for damages or misconduct caused by them.

Hosts may remove attendees violating rules without refund.

11. Safety & Risk Acknowledgment

Events listed on PartyNest involve social interaction with other individuals and privately managed venues.

By attending, you acknowledge:

• attendees are verified platform users
• venues are controlled by Hosts
• risks exist in social gatherings

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

PartyNest does not guarantee safety or attendee behavior.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PartyNest is not liable for:

• personal injury or harm
• harassment or misconduct
• theft or property loss
• venue conditions
• incidents arising from regulated activities
• Host actions or negligence
• attendee behavior
• Event cancellations

PartyNest's total liability, if any, is limited to the ticket amount paid.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PartyNest harmless from claims arising from:

• Event participation
• Event hosting
• law violations
• damages caused
• misuse of the platform

14. Prohibited Use

Users may not use PartyNest for:

• illegal or unsafe Events
• unauthorized regulated activities
• fraudulent listings
• misleading information
• harmful gatherings

PartyNest may remove such content or accounts.

15. Content License

Users grant PartyNest a non-exclusive license to display Event content for platform operation and promotion.

16. Event Review

PartyNest reviews Events before publishing but does not certify legality or safety. Hosts remain solely responsible.

17. Suspension & Termination

PartyNest may suspend accounts or remove Events for:

• safety concerns
• legal risk
• policy violations
• fraudulent activity

18. Disputes Between Users

Any dispute between Host and Attendee is between those parties. PartyNest may assist but is not obligated to resolve.

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

20. Updates to Terms

PartyNest may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
