Your safety is our absolute priority. We have built PartyNest with a "Safety First" architecture that goes beyond standard industry practices.
KYC Verification Process
Every booking member must pass a manual KYC check to ensure verified identities on the platform.
- Users upload a valid Government ID (Aadhaar, Passport, etc.)
- Our team manually verifies the uploaded ID against the user profile.
- Verification is required before any ticket purchase is finalized.
Host Vetting & Approval
We interview and verify every host before they can list an event. Our vetting process includes:
- Identity and background profile check.
- Review of their social proof (LinkedIn/Instagram).
- A mandatory discovery call to align on platform safety regulations.
Misconduct Reporting
If you encounter any inappropriate behavior:
- Immediately distance yourself from the situation.
- Report the user or host via our 24/7 support line or support@partynest.fun.
- Our trust & safety team will initiate an immediate investigation and can suspend accounts instantly.
Anti-Harassment Policy
PartyNest maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or non-consensual behavior. Any violation will result in an immediate permanent ban and potential legal action.
Community Standards
We expect all attendees to act with respect, adhere to host rules, and contribute to a positive environment. Any destructive or unsafe behavior will lead to removal and bans.

PartyNest operates as a discovery and ticketing marketplace. While we verify users and hosts to the best of our ability to ensure safety:
- We do not supervise the events physically.
- We do not control the condition of the venues.
- We are not responsible for the actions of individual guests or hosts.
